- ผู้เช่าและผู้ขับขี่ทุกท่านต้องมีอายุอย่างน้อย 25 ปี และมีใบขับขี่ที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ Renter and all drivers must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
- วันรับรถต้องแสดงเอกสารตัวจริง ไม่รับรูปถ่าย สำเนา หรือภาพในโทรศัพท์ Original documents are required at pickup; photos, copies and phone images are not accepted.
- มัดจำจองปกติ 500–1,000 บาท และหักจากค่าเช่าได้ ส่วนที่เหลือชำระวันรับรถ The normal booking deposit is 500–1,000 THB and is deducted from the rental price; the balance is paid at pickup.
- วันรับรถชำระค่าเช่าและเงินมัดจำรถ โดยเงินมัดจำรถรับเป็นเงินสด At pickup, rental charges and the vehicle security deposit are due; the security deposit is paid in cash.
- ค่าเช่ารวมประกันชั้น 1 (CDW) และสามารถเลือก SCDW เพิ่มได้ตามเงื่อนไข First-class insurance (CDW) is included, with optional SCDW available subject to the stated conditions.
- ห้ามนำรถออกนอกประเทศไทย และการใช้งานต่างจังหวัดต้องอยู่ในขอบเขตที่กำหนด Vehicles may not leave Thailand, and provincial travel must stay within the applicable usage limits.
คุณสมบัติผู้เช่าและผู้ขับขี่ Renter and driver eligibility
ใช้กับผู้เช่าและผู้ขับขี่ทุกท่านที่ระบุในสัญญา Applies to the renter and every driver named in the agreement.
ต้องแจ้งชื่อในสัญญาและแสดงเอกสารตัวจริงทุกคน Each driver must be named in the agreement and present original documents.
- ใบขับขี่ไทยหรือต่างประเทศต้องยังไม่หมดอายุ Thai or foreign driving licences must be valid and unexpired.
- หากใบขับขี่ไม่มีภาษาอังกฤษ ต้องใช้ร่วมกับ International Driving Permit (IDP) If the licence is not in English, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.
เอกสารที่ต้องใช้วันรับรถ Documents required at pickup
- หนังสือเดินทาง (Passport) หรือบัตรประชาชนไทยตัวจริง Original passport or Thai national ID card.
- ใบขับขี่ตัวจริง สภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ชำรุด และไม่หมดอายุ Original driving licence in good condition and not expired.
การรับ–คืนรถ น้ำมัน และระยะทาง Pickup, return, fuel and mileage
นับจากเวลารับรถตามที่ระบุในสัญญา Calculated from the pickup time stated in the agreement.
เกิน 30 นาทีคิดเป็นค่าเช่าเพิ่ม 1 วันเต็ม More than 30 minutes late is charged as one additional full rental day.
นโยบายน้ำมัน Fuel policy
- ส่งมอบรถน้ำมันเต็มถัง กรุณาคืนรถพร้อมน้ำมันเต็มถัง Vehicles are supplied with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank.
- หากเติมน้ำมันผิดประเภท ผู้เช่ารับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายจริงทั้งหมด รวมถึงค่าลากและค่าล้างระบบเชื้อเพลิงหากจำเป็น If the wrong fuel is used, the renter is responsible for the actual costs, including towing and fuel-system cleaning if required.
ประกันภัย CDW / SCDW Insurance: CDW / SCDW
ราคาค่าเช่ารวมประกันชั้น 1 (CDW) แล้ว โดยผู้เช่ามีความรับผิดส่วนแรกตามรุ่นรถและเงื่อนไขบริษัท First-class insurance (CDW) is included in the rental rate. A vehicle-specific excess applies subject to company conditions.
ช่วยจำกัดความรับผิดเมื่อรถเสียหาย โดย Excess ปกติ 3,000–10,000 บาทตามรุ่นรถ Limits renter liability for covered damage; the stated excess is normally 3,000–10,000 THB depending on the vehicle.
ตัวเลือกเสริมเพื่อลดหรือยกเว้น Excess เมื่อเหตุอยู่ในเงื่อนไขความคุ้มครอง Optional cover designed to reduce or waive the excess when the incident meets the applicable coverage conditions.

อุบัติเหตุและเหตุฉุกเฉิน Accidents and emergencies

- ถ่ายรูปความเสียหาย สภาพแวดล้อม และตำแหน่งรถPhotograph the damage, surroundings and vehicle position.

ข้อห้ามสำคัญ Important restrictions
- ใช้รถภายในราชอาณาจักรไทยเท่านั้น ห้ามนำรถออกนอกประเทศVehicles are for use within Thailand only and must not cross international borders.
- ห้ามให้เช่าช่วงหรือส่งต่อรถให้บุคคลที่สามSub-rental or transfer to a third party is prohibited.
- ห้ามขับออฟโรด ทางทุรกันดาร ทางลูกรังที่ไม่เหมาะสม หรือลุยน้ำท่วมOff-road, unsuitable rough-road use and driving through floodwater are prohibited.
การชำระเงิน มัดจำ และการคืนเงิน Payment, deposits and refunds
มัดจำจอง Booking deposit
เพื่อยืนยันการจอง ปกติเรียกเก็บ 500–1,000 บาท และสามารถหักออกจากค่าเช่าได้ ส่วนที่เหลือชำระวันรับรถ A normal booking deposit of 500–1,000 THB is required to secure the reservation and is deducted from the rental charge. The remaining balance is due at pickup.

- เงินมัดจำรถชำระเป็นเงินสดในวันรับรถThe vehicle security deposit is paid in cash at pickup.
- หากตรวจรถเสร็จและไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม คืนเงินสดทันทีIf inspection is completed with no additional charges, the cash deposit is returned immediately.
- หากรถสกปรกมาก ฝนตก หรือมืดจนตรวจไม่ได้ อาจตรวจภายหลังและโอนคืนภายใน 24–72 ชม.If heavy dirt, rain or darkness prevents inspection, the vehicle may be checked later and the deposit transferred within 24–72 hours.
เงินจองใช้สำหรับล็อกรถและจัดคิวบริการ จึงไม่คืนในกรณียกเลิก ไม่มารับรถ หรือคืนรถก่อนกำหนด The booking deposit reserves the vehicle and service slot and is therefore non-refundable for cancellation, no-show or early return.

การซ่อมบำรุง Maintenance
- รถเข้าศูนย์บริการตามกำหนดอย่างสม่ำเสมอVehicles are serviced on schedule.
- หากรอบเช็คระยะใกล้ถึงระหว่างเช่า ทีมงานจะนัดหมายล่วงหน้าเพื่อลดผลกระทบต่อแผนเดินทางIf scheduled maintenance falls during a rental, the team will arrange it in advance to minimise disruption.
- หากพบเสียงหรืออาการผิดปกติ กรุณาแจ้งทันทีReport any unusual sound or behaviour immediately.
อุปกรณ์เสริมและการใช้งานพิเศษ Extras and special use
- คาร์ซีท / บูสเตอร์ และกล้องบันทึกหน้ารถให้บริการฟรีตามความพร้อม กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าChild seats/boosters and dashcams are available free of charge subject to availability; request them in advance.
- สัตว์เลี้ยงสามารถขึ้นรถได้เมื่อแจ้งล่วงหน้าและดูแลความสะอาด หากเกิดคราบหรือกลิ่นอาจมีค่าทำความสะอาดPets may be permitted when declared in advance and cleanliness is maintained; stains or odours may incur cleaning charges.
